Emails
The Emails Tab provides the tabular information of all the users that have provided their email during a conversation.
Here is how it works:

In the categories section of the Genie setup (AI > Categories), you can customise your own AI categories for the AI to classify each message according to what category it falls under.

When you create a category, you can add a follow-up question, with an option to:
a. Write a message only – meaning the AI will reply with that text you've written
b. Provide an email input – gives the user an option to provide their email. For example: "Please provide your email below and we'll get back to you within 24 hours".
c. Provide a link to an external source – the "show buttons" option creates links to specific pages where you want to redirect the user. For example: "I see you're interested in X, click here to find out more about it".

If you select option b, when a user writes their email in the input space provided, the whole transcript of the conversation, along with the email, will appear in the Emails section of the Chats page.
The table in the Emails Tab includes:

Date: The date when the email was provided by the user.

Category: The category the answer is related to.

Email: The user's email address.

Chat ID: The unique identifier for the chat session.
